Soon after starting practicing law, I registered for the Legal Assistance for Military Program (LAMP) sponsored by the American Bar Association. This program helps active/deployed military personnel in need of pro bono legal assistance for civil issues. Over the past few years I have had the opportunity to help several deployed servicemen in collection cases here in Utah.
